Thanks to D-Link for not abandoning this card just yet!  Your announcement for the BETA driver points to the 552 directory and non-existent file.  Should be ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Wireless/dwa652/Drivers/dwa652_drivers_140.zip

Latest web version 1.30 09/20/07 posted on the download site.

Version 1.40 04/24/08 - It's about time!  Over 7 months since the last update and was waiting for an EOL announcement prior to having a replacement 5GHz card.  Maybe this is the last one?  Get it while you can.

Good news - Using BETA adapter drivers on laptop and BETA firmware on DGL-4500 still working.

So far opening a bookmark group of nine tabs isn't choking my SeaMonkey.

Link rate has been removed.  It was useful for me but probably taken out because some didn't understand link rate?

Cosmetic changes showing a connected graphic is annoying and not worth extra resources for me.

Signal strength meter cut in half most of the times for me.  Same location since before the upgrade.  Either the previous meter was bogus or this one.

Windows Update now shows a newer driver.

If you have a 552 use the 552 driver. I've fixed the link.
