Hi,
When I turn on the camera, it can turn around moving and then stop.
But there is no green power light and I cannot detect it.
Reset it also didn't do any good. I have 4 camera but now only 1 is working.
Anyone can help ?

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using?
What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
Are you using the latest setup software for the camera?
What platform are you using for setting up the camera?
Try swapping the power adapter from a good working camera and test.

Actually I have 4 of the cctv but suddenly 3 of them one by one the power light and wps lights not working.
Then I'm unable to view the camera in mydlink apps.
But when I power on it, it does the power up moving up down left right but still both the lights are off and I cannot connect to it.
I didn't update or do anything to the camera.

Having a similar problem . Do you have any news about it? or I need to replace the camera? (after 3 years of working without any noticeable problem) .
Thanks for sharing

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this.
Link> Tech Support Contact Information (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?board=635.0)
We find that online chat or phone contact has better immediate results over using email.

Sorry to say but Technical Support , at least in my country , is inexistent and doesn't solve anything . Only works as RMA service and nothing else according Call Center information . So recommended solution was to throw it away the camera (?). No technical Support , No service .
So I have 5 dlink cameras up & running , and starting the replacement process for all of them for new ones (of course starting with the DCS5020L - in the trash right now) .
Thanks for supporting
