Where can I find firmware for DCS-8600LH ver A3

Hi Where can I find firmware for DCS-8600LH ver A3. On the box I see that I have F/W ver 1.04
I would like to put the firmware on SD card and restore defalut software.

Just checked the FTP site, they don't have any firmwares for download there.  May have to contact support to see if they can send you it.
