Title: DIR-300 english language firmware please
Post by: probtc on June 04, 2012, 08:19:31 AM
Hi guys,

I am using KOREAN version DIR-300. I want to change language to english. I upgraded to firmware version 1.05 from Dlink Australia website. But there is no changes about language.I can see two different upgrade options on my dlink control panel. 1-firmware upgrade, 2-language upgrade.

Model: DIR-300
Serial Number: P1PI194003976
Hardware Version: A1
Firmware Version: 1.04KR

Where can i find this language file? or how can i change language from Korean to English?

Thanks...

I'm guessing you found a solution.

I bought a DIR-505 in Taiwan.  Very difficult to use in Traditional Chinese.  I found if I downloaded the manual, I could sort of follow along even though most menus have changed some.  Then I decided to clear the language pack.  60 seconds later I have an English mobile router!

Hi,
I have the DIR-505 from Taiwan as well. How exactly did you clear the language pack?

Cheers

Follow this screenshot to arrive at the Save and Restore page under Maintenance. Then, click Clear language pack at the bottom.
