Title: dns-320l can not open file

Hello
i have dlink dns 320l
i can see any folders and file in the network  in to the volumes also in console , but no file can open the jpg files and exel file , words  no file can open
when trying to open jpg file for example the system msgs me the files can not open .
please help me to reach my important files

It sounds as if you have been hit by the ransomware bug.  Now is the time to check your backups and if necessary reformat your RAID array and restore from backup.
