For everyone that has a 615 with connectivity issues and have nothing left to try, I would like you try the following:  Try reflashing the firmware, even if it is already the most current. Click here for firmware link: ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Gateway/ and scroll down to your hardware revision.  Also perform a hard reset afterward, using a ball point pen in the reset hole (hold for 10 seconds).   Then set up the router using the web interface 192.168.0.1, NOT the CD.  Set up the wireless settings using wainbee's suggestions:
http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=8415.msg54454#msg54454.  Other things to try are setting the mode (802.11N, G, B etc) to the same mode of the device being used (For me the Wii is G so I set it to 802.11G ONLY).  Post results here, including the hardware revision of the router (A, B or C).
