Hi All,

I have problem to use the DCS-5222L camera via web browser.
I tried Chrome, IExplorer and EDGE (Firefox don't work) and after i re-installing the plugin needed i get always this message:
"Click here to download the NCS Plug-in, and install it on your computer. Then restart your browser to view the video."

So the camera can't be used to motion detect anything...

Any help?

Thanks in advance
Renato

Link>Welcome!

  • What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

What OS version are you using?

Is it fully enabled in add-ons under IE11?
Try the x32 bit version of FF ESR:
