Query Function in DVG2001S

Need some pointers here...

The Query function in DVG2001S, may i know whats does that particular function does?

I have the correct settings, double confirmed it, but when i click on Query, there is no reply ...

The Query function is supposed to try to establish a connection between the unit and the SIP server.
