Title: access cameras thru D-View Cam
Post by: kswhodat on February 15, 2012, 08:37:02 AM
Hello, I can access my cameras through the Dlink web site (mydlink), but cannot access all of them through D-View Cam o n my desktop. I do a camera search and it only finds two of them and the third one it doesn't see. I tried to insert it manually and it still doesn't see it. It sees it fine in mydlink.

I've uninstalled the D-View Cam program and re-installed it, with the same results. Any suggestions?

thanks

Can you access the third camera if you disable the other two? Did you try changing the camera port?

At one time they were all working in D-View Cam. not sure why they stopped working. I haven't tried to disable the other two or changed ports. I figured since they were working in mydlink then they should work in D-view cam. Thanks for the reply

I recommend that you re-post your question on the DCS Software (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?board=156.0) board which is geared more towards D-ViewCam issues. There are a number of D-ViewCam experts who regularly read that board.
