Title: Recover_Router DSL-G804V

Hi guy, my name is Robert
I'v got modem DSL-G804V, I try to upgrade firmware but it was fail and I can't access modem anymore.
I search on site and I see some of model got tool update firmware when it error. Please help me. Thanks you

I'm from Vietnam, Is that important? I'v tried contact to them for helping but it didn't work!

I'd ask for an RMA and have them fix it or get you another modem.
