Furry and friends - Are there any hidden settings in D-Link DSL-2750B?

For example, see http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=5803.0 which of course is for a different model.

If there are hidden settings in D-Link DSL-2750B, how do I access them?

Can try enabling developer mode in your browser and see. Set a Basic Style and then open the routers web page to see if there is any hidden menu items. This does't guarantee any feature function as there maybe a hidden feature item however the actual feature code may not be in the FW code to use.
