Firmware 3.11NA to 3.12NA issues.
« on: March 31, 2010, 06:12:08 PM »

I had 2 issues that were fixed in the 3.12NA firmware, but now with 3.12NA I have a few issues I'd like to report.

I have 3 Xbox 360's connected to the router, mine is directly connected to the router, while my brothers and his fiance are connected to it via a Netgear switch.

the first one to turn on their Xbox 360 gets an OPEN  NAT type to Xbox Live, while the other 2 get a MODERATE NAT type.

I've reserved an IP for each console, and port forwarded the ports listed on Xbox.com to each console, but it only works for 1 machine.

as for the other issues I'd like to report are..  it now displays that a devices IP address will "Nerver" expire, I imagine this means "Never"

issue 3 which was discovered sometime in May or June is that UPnP no longer works correctly or at all.

completely forgot about this post but anyways.

the Xbox 360 issue above is caused by the 3.12 firmware.

3.12 also caused connection issues with services like EA Online (ex: Bad Company 2) and streaming video from say hulu.com.

to end this post 3.12 is junk, 3.11 contains less bugs and more functionality.
