Sound is too late

hi,have the 5222l  with the latest firmware...my problem is that the sound ist about 10 minutes  to late after the picture...how can i fix it ? i watch the cam on mydlink...when i watch the recorded files is ok...only when i watch life  the sound is too late...

If your watching the camra from a remote location, there maybe some delay in video and sound timing. This is enherent to data travel from the camera to the remote location.

thanks for you reply...10 or 15 seconds delay is ok...i have 10 minutes delay..its way to much...

Ya I think so too...
Is this the only camera you have?
Was a factory reset performed after the update and set up from scratch?

yes..its the only one..i didnt know that i must make a factory resset  after the update..thank you,will try this...

Usually it's not needed however some behaviors seen, some times a factory reset and set up from scatch is needed. Let us know.
