New firmware?

I found a new firmware here:

Does anyone have info about it?
Is it safe to install?

The firmware you are referencing was released in the UK. Unless you purchased your DNS-345 in the UK, I would wait for a FW release designated for the specific region you purchased your unit. Alternatively, wait for the next WW (worldwide) release.

Unfortunately, the link you provided does not contain any release notes.
