Just tried to call tech support they picked up and hung up.  Trying again.
Ok ringing michael answered, put me on hold to get me a private specialist.
On hold for 4min then transfered call to specialist.
On hold for 1min ringing pick bengamin
He spent a long time with me got one camera working now working on the other one.
the other camera has a problem and is not seeing my router. So tomorrow I'm going to exchange for another one and go from there.  I will keep posting results. soon
