Title: File transfer issue on DIR-300
Post by: gsarkhel on April 01, 2014, 11:30:58 AM
I have a wireless router is with me for about 5 years. I used transfer files without any issue. But, recently I've changed my internet connection. So the network guy from the service provider did some setting in the router. Since then file transfer stopped, also I'm not able to upload files to FTP. But it is strange that I'm able to download files from WEB. Please help

Router and Wired Configurations
Some things to try: - Log into the routers web page at 192.168.0.1. Use IE, Opera or FF to manage the router. Besure to log into the Admin account on the router.

You'll need to ask your ISP what your speed package is that you pay for UP and Down...

Are you getting IP addressing information under Status/Internet?
