Title: Unable to connect camera on unify infrastructure
Post by: bajo88 on September 07, 2017, 02:02:31 AM
Hi guys, as many of you, I am also having a problem with this camera. Our infrastructure is based on unify APs and Security gateway. I am unable to connect the camera to the Wifi as I can not pick it up from the list (please see the image attached). When I created a hot spot on my mobile phone it showed id correctly (Androd AP), it has even cnnected to the internet (green led). I have set static IP and tried to pick on of those "SSID"s bud no success.
I guess I need to find out why I do not see my wifi created with unify APs correctly. Any ideas what to do?

Thank you a lot.

What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What wireless modes are you using? Camera should work 2.4Ghz with WPA2 Personal and AES modes. The Camera has its own set up SSID name and PW during mobile set up with the D-Link Lite app. dlink-936l should be seen.

What is the distance between the Camera and the main host router?
