Hi there...
On my dns-345 I had to do a reset (on power pressed reset button for more than 5 seconds) and the NAS reset itself as I saw from the name it showed in the web gui with the same IP address I had... though the password did not.
After lots of tries with the old password, without password etc I downloaded the Storage Utility and the SetUp Wizard and managed to "connect" to the device meaning that I am able to change the ip address or set it to use DHCP and than again an IP Address, change the admin password from the SetUp Wizard etc...
but when I go to the web page it just doesn't want to login and thinks that I entered an incorrect login name or password.
Can someone assist???? >:( >:(

- What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What browser are you using? Try a different browser, FF or Opera.
Be sure to clear all browser caches, exit the browser then re-launch the browser and try to connect and log in.
