Title: Need some help for WiFi gateway setup

I'm trying to use this DAP-1360 to set up a WiFi gateway (using UseMyNet (http://usemynet.com) gateway software) for my employer's RV park and I'm running into some trouble.  No matter what I do, the DAP-1360 will not allow an IP address to be assigned to connecting wireless clients.  

I have wireless security completely disabled for testing purposes, and I've tried turning the built-in DHCP server on and off (though it's not clear if the DHCP server assigns IPs to the wireless side or LAN side of the device) with no luck.  I'm hoping some of you more experienced users can offer some suggestions.
