IR LEDs are acting strange

Hi,
I'm a owner of 2 REV A DCS-932L, the oldest one worked like a charm in an external enviroment wich rarely goes below -5°C, no direct sunlight, well repaired under the roof, after 1 year of perfect work I discover 2 IR are not working anymore.
The other cam is quite new, rarely used, configured before leaving my country for 8 months, left it inside the house, automatic day/night mode, worked first month then IR turns ON in Day mode and OFF in night mode, yeah, you read it right, it works reverse, obviously on day mode it's useless as it's coloured, in night mode stays on for 3 seconds then off forever...

On both cameras i tried a full reset, firmware downgrade, check and not fixed, updated firmware and the problem still occurs.
Anybody with similar issues?
