windows phone 8 app
« on: April 22, 2014, 04:39:37 AM »

Hello!
Please, fix motion detection function on mydlink app for windows phone 8.
Actually, when this feature turned on/off over mobile app, there no motion detection by dsc 942L at all.
The same feature over iOS app works pretty well.

Hi
I am on Windows Phone 8.1, and when ever i am trying to enable sound detection & motion detection from event trigger settings on mydlink lite mobile app, i am always getting "Apply failed."

Also I am not getting any Push Notification, where as I am getting email notification, which is actually flooding my mailbox.

Please fix this issue.

Inquiring if there'll be update in the near future to include the following:
1. NAS support to view DNS32xL
2. Micro SD playback
3. Scheduled recording
4. Preset selection of pan/tilt/zoom

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Just called the technical support and told that they support only present mydlink version.  It's future development aren't covered and we'll have to wait for future version and they'll perform the support we need once known to them.
