Changing language in WordPress add-on

I have installed the WordPress add-on and works nice in my DNS-325. I would like to change the default language to Spanish, but for do that I need to access to folder structure in order to add scripts. I connect using share resorders but I cannot see where is this data stored. Any help, please. Thanks.

I have found the path (hidden) \\myIP\Volume_1\Nas_Prog\wordpress, I can access using Windows but I have not permissions for creating new folders or changing scripts. I excuse my ignorance in Linux, but How can I change permissions?. Thanks again
