I am having a real problem with the Firmware releases after 1.02.   The setting 'Send Log when full'  does not work!!!   It only sends at 10minute intervals, not necessarily when full.    I can see time and items missing from the log, so it isn't capturing everything.   During really busy times, sometimes it only captures about a minute of information every 10 minutes.     What is going on????   It was working when I first installed the Router just fine.      It is an A1 hardware revision.     Thank you for your help!

  • What region are you located?
  • Are you wired or wireless connected to the router?
  • Has a Factory Reset been performed?
  • Was a Factory Reset performed before and after any firmware updates?

Please review this for performing FW updates:

What was the reason for upgrading FW? Was there a problem?
What happens if you go back to v1.02?

-I am in Southern California
-I am wireless to router usually, but connect wired when I do FW updates
-I have not done a Factory Reset, will that move the firmware back to original? 
-I did NOT do factory resets before or after firmware updates.   

I have reset the Firmware back to 1.03 then 1.02 and still have the problem.

Follow the FW update process and do a factory reset, send the v1.02 FW file down, after it comes back to ready, do one more factory reset then set up the router from scratch and set up the log sending feature...

Ensure your email settings are correctly input in to the router and test.

Let us know if the problem continues after this...
