DNS-343 F.W. 1.02 and DSM-750

Many times when attempting to play downloaded content on the 750 I get the files are not supported but I know that they are good because they worked on my DNS-323 with the 750 any ideas?

Can you provide any more detail on the files? Do other files in the same folder play properly? Does the UPnP AV media server refresh successfully.
