DCS-2800Lh Camera freezing

I just purchased my DCS-2800lh and manged to setup the cameras to the hub supplied.
I have connected to mydflink app and logged on.
Using a Lenovo (yoga) Android tablet and managed to set this up as my permanently connect display device, mainly for my wife to be able to see the screen clearly without having to get off her chair.
Anyway the image in the screen seems to freeze and the only way I can reactivate it is to refresh the view.
Can you please advise how I can overcome this issue.
I tried to directly connect the camera to my router by syncing it, but this does not appear to work either. That is that the device failed to sync.
My Internet Router is a Spark modem HG659b which is compatible with all 801 protocols.
Internet connection is fibre
