Would DIR-855 support RIP?
« on: May 17, 2010, 07:08:54 PM »

Hi, buddys.
I set my network like this:
Computer A with two NIC : 192.168.0.4/255.255.255.0, 192.168.2.4/255.255.255.0, and has enabled Windows Server 2003 RRAS on it.
Computer B's IP : 192.168.2.100/255.255.255.0 gateway 192.168.2.4.
a DI-504's IP : 192.168.0.1/255.255.255.0, has PPPOE link to Internet and I add a route 192.168.2.0/255.255.255.0 192.168.0.4 on it.
a DIR-855's IP 192.168.0.2/255.255.255.0.
Now the problem is I can ping 192.168.2.100 to 192.168.0.1, but not 192.168.2.100 to 192.168.0.2.
I couldn't find the route setting in the DIR-855 is working. So, I guess the RIP may work.
BUT the point is, DIR-855 support RIP? V1 or V2?
