DNS 327L - unable to access to shared folder after updating to windows 10

Hi everyone,

don't know if somebody has experienced my same issue, I have switched my pc to windows 10 and I cannot map/access to my shared folder anymore.
Apparently, this is due to the smb v1 issue which is not longer supported by win 10. Can somebody tell me how to solve this issue? e.g. Is it possible to upgrade DNS 327L to smb v2? or any other protocol that I can activate to map the folder?
Since a couple of weeks, I just can't use my NAS 327L.

Any comment would be helpful, thanks in advance.

* What Hardware version is your DNS? Look at the sticker behind or under the device.
* Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the DNSs web page under status.
* What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
Is the DNS getting a Dynamic IP address from the main host router? I recommend using a Static IP address ON the DNS set to 192.168.#.27 or .32.

Hello,
thanks for the reply.
The hardware version is R3RI1G3000058, B version.
The firmware is 1.09 (the latest)
I'm located in Italy
The Router is MediaAccess TG1100
The DNS gets a static IP address (always 192.168.1.72)

Any suggestion?
Thanks

Any chance you can test a Windows 7 PC or laptop?

Has this been working at all or just started to do this recently?

wangelo:
Hello,
with win 7 or win XP works perfectly.
The issue is with win 10.

Any suggestion?
Thanks
