Title: how to deny a device internet access ?
Post by: hydra3333 on February 05, 2017, 10:23:32 PM
Hello.
I have a device on the LAN with a reserved IP eg 10.0.0.10/255.255.255.0
Using the very limited web interface I am trying to setup an IPv4 firewall DENY rule to deny that local IP address any access to any IPs on the internet whilst still allowing access within the LAN ... but have bounced.  No matter what IP range I enter for WAN, eg 1.1.1.1-255.255.255.255 it flags it as invalid.

Could some kind soul provide instructions ?

Does 0.0.0.1 and 255.255.255.254 work for the WAN value?

no, this
1.1.1.1-223.255.255.255
was the range that is accepted.
Anything less or more is rejected with a red message.
A tad frustrating.

Interesting the 223. is accepted.

Does this seem to resolve your problem?
