I need some help with DAP-2690. I want to attach SSIDs to VLANs, but documentation is not clear and I can not find any examples.
I want to use VLAN 300 for guests and VLAN 400 for internal office users. What should I use for port LAN - tagged, untagged, not member? LAN port is connected to switch and router that has VLAN 1, 300 and 400 tagged.
My configuration:
VID VLAN Name Untag VLAN Ports Tag VLAN Ports Edit Delete
1 default Mgmt, LAN
300 GUESTS LAN, S-2(2.4G), S-2(5G)
400 WiFi Mgmt, LAN, S-1(2.4G), S-1(5G)
---------
Port Name Tag VID Untag VID PVID
Mgmt 1, 400 400
LAN 1, 300, 400 300
Primary(2.4G) 1
Primary(5G) 1
S-1(2.4G) 400 400
S-2(2.4G) 300 300
S-1(5G) 400 400
S-2(5G) 300 300

I don't have any suggestions on this. I would contact your local DLink support office and ask about this. They will know.

usually the vlans for client access only have the corresponding ssid as a untagged member and the lan port as a tagged member, all others not members.
Check de PVID setting correspondly
This setting has to be matching with vlan setting on port of switch on the AP is connected to.
In this manner you can have each ssid traffic isolated on especific vlan

You should leave Vlan 1 as untagged on the LAN...
Vlan 1 should be untagged for Management and LAN.
Then for vlan 300 you say LAN tagged and untagged Primary SSID
Then for Vlan 400 you say LAN tagged and S1 Untagged.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for sharing the info. Considering the OP hasn't been on since he posted. LOL. Hope it helps with future users.
