I have owned the DNR-322L for sometime and have it recording my (2) DCS-932l as well as a DCS-5020l. I recently purchased two additional cameras, (2) DCS-934l and added them to my cloud account without issue however when I try to get them recognized within the DNR-322l admin page to enable them to be recorded the camera search function does not recognize them. I have also tried to add them manually as DCS-933l cameas but to no avail. All the cameras and the DNY-322l firmware have been updated as of 08/23/2015. Any help or input regarding my issue would be appreciated!!

What is the Mfr of the main host router?
I recommend setting a static IP address on the cameras and DNR, 192.168.#.34 and .35 for the cameras and 192.168.#.20 for the DNR.

The router is a Verizon Firs quantum gateway modem/router combo

I tried, but I couldn't manually.

I recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
