Configuring Web Content Filtering for DFL-860E

Hi,
I just migrated from Microsoft Forefront TMG 2010 (aka ISA Server) to the D-Link DFL-860E. I just would like to simulate the following policies I used to manage in TMG:

1- Internet Access is disabled by default for all network users (by IP).
2- Email access (through Outlook and other mail clients) is allowed for all users by IP.
3- Limited access to certain websites categories policy for certain number of users (by adding or removing them by IP).
4- All internet (unlimited access for certain users) (by adding or removing them by IP).
5- Blocking certain website categories for all users (i.e. Adult sites).

It's a little bit confusing to configure the Web Content Filtering feature and I dug into the huge manual but in vain.
