PTZ suddenly stopped working on DCS-5222L

Hello.

I have 3 DCS-5222L cameras that have been working great since the day I got them (2-3 months ago)

Unfortunately one of them seems to have developed a bug of sorts. PTZ is totally unresponsive. Perhaps the motor burned out? Normally the camera will pan fully when power cycled, not even that is happening now. Aside from the PTZ not functioning, the camera functions are working 100%.

I just did a factory reset, still not functioning. Currently re-flashing the firmware in hopes that will revive PTZ functionality. Has anyone run into this before? I'm thinking this will probably require an RMA to fix.
