How Can i Hide my router in network?

Hello everyone

we don't have any wireless access in our work place so i decided to buy Dlink DIR 605L and connect it to the Ethernet node and use it for wireless gadgets but i want to know is there anyway to hide the router in network and make it show itself like a PC in main server DHCP table? actually i want no one find out there is a router in network

  • What Hardware version is your router? Look at sticker under the router case.
  • Link>What Firmware version is currently loaded? Found on the routers web page under status.
  • What region are you located?

You might try disabling uPnP.

Or try Turning a router into an AP.
