Availability of DNS-320LW after updating fw
« on: April 11, 2019, 12:52:41 AM »

We have a DNS-320LW at work for a specific reason and many computers need to access it simultaneously.
The firmware on this was 1.01 so I decided to update to 1.10.
But since yesterday that I did it some computers are facing some issues accessing the device, every hour or two
the device becomes inaccessible.
The only change that I do is typing the domain with capital letters or lowercase each time at System Management -> Device -> Workgroup
and it works for a bit.

Is it possible to revert to 1.01 firmware if I won't be able to fix it?

Try a factory reset on the DNS and setup the shares again. Reset will not harm the data on the drive(s).
