Hello
When I open time line in mydlink app every clip in there is grey and not clickable. I have cloud storage activated and I know that I have been able to look at movies in there earlier (<24 hours). Anyone knows what's wrong?

The mydlink servers went down last night for maintenance. Log out of the app and log back in. It is suggested to reboot your cameras too (pull the power and plug back in).
I will check to see if other customers are having the same issue.
I checked my account and it seems to work ok. I can watch cloud recordings from last night and early this morning.

Uninstalled the app and logged in. Restarted camera but it’s still grey in th time line.

That is usually the case when your subscription has expired but I looked up your account and says it is active. Very strange.
Have you tested the motion detection now?
Does it display a ! icon or is it a "play" button?

The server could have been down. Glad it is working again.
