Netflix is down

ok yes i tried the obvious answers... turning off unplugging for 10 seconds, reset to factory default.. that just gave me the same message on netflix.. no code or anything... yes all the rest are working on htere.... i tried the funky  up up down down...ect. code.  nothing is working at all.. tried updating too?  did i miss anything?

The latest firmware version contains an update for the latest Netflix app
