You can download the DCS-910 setup wizard here: ftp://ftp.dlink.com/Multimedia/dcs910/Apps/

Or you could download the documentation and do it manually... But auto-setup is mostly easier, agreed...

I have downloaded the wizard and run the dlink setup but the window that came after installation do not provide a mechanism to link to the camera. There is search button but it doesn't provide another interface. I have downloaded the manual and am following that instruction but I can't find the login window.

so what will you advise me to do?

Did you try configuring the camera directly? Open a web browser and enter the camera IP address on your network:  http://[CAMERA_IP_ADDRESS/

This should bring you to the web interface login screen.
