I just upgraded my parents computer from XP to Windows 7 Pro x64 and spent the better part of an afternoon dealing with their Dlink DWA-130 Rev.A1, after finding a chinese blog talking about it and trying multiple combinations i was able to create a working Marvel 88W8360 driver for this Dlink USB wifi nic.
Now a word of warning, if your VEN or DEV id's are different this may not work, but I can help if yours is off by a tad. I don't know if this is allowed but i'm going to post a link to my driver that i created/modified. I'm typing from the computer as we speak with this driver running. I haven't had a chance to play around but everything appears to be working, and working is better than not working. :)
If this is against the TOS or EULA for the forums, Dlink feel free to nuke this, just trying to help others out.

Hello,
I've been having a lot of issues recently with my DWA-130 Rev.A1 on Windows 7 x64. Frequently, the network adapter would simply stop working after I reboot my computer. Then, the adapter was not recognized by the system even if I connected it to a different USB port. At that point, it usually took many other reboots and deactivating/activating the adapter multiple times to get it to work randomly for a couple more days until the same problem occurs again.
It did the same thing to me this morning. After much frustration, I tried your custom-made driver and it started working properly the first time.
I recommend this driver for any user having Windows 7 and DWA-130 Rev.A1.
It seems to be the only stable solution so far on the web.
Nice work Leonard4!
Thanks,

Wow! Dlink needs to hire you to update their drivers. Works great! thanks Leonard4! $$$ you are money! ;)

Can you link with a "n" router at 300Mbps? All I can see are wireless "g" networks.

Driver worked for Windows 7 Professional 64bit, thanks!

The driver I made is for 64-bit OS's only. I didn't have access to any 32-bit drivers, and the stock 32-bit "should" work fine.

Anyone know if this driver will work for rev c1 ?

copy the two dll files from the download. go to your program files and open dlink. past drivers and replace. :)

Thank you for doing this, my DWA-130 REVA1 is working splendidly now with Win7x64, even on Draft N w/WPA2 encryption.
Good fix! Everyone should be using these drivers if they have a RevA1 of the DWA-130
