Can someone explain the new features?

¤ Add Support for EXT3. is this still a Linux filesystem?
¤ Supports D-Link’s DNS-323 Yahoo! Widget. what is this?

¤ Support for NFS (as a server) added via APKG modules. what is this?

Also, for the BT Client, I have briefly fooled around with it but found it limited. Does it have a scheduler somewhere? Right now, I use my main desktop PC but itson a schedule to open begin connections (downloading/uploading) from midnight to 8:00am 7 days a week. I only have 1.5Mbs internet so bandwidth during the day is crucial to my household. Does the DNS-323 BT Client have this type of a scheduler, similar to uTorent?

Glad you asked that question

Firefly?  Went onto their site - still none the wiser - someone told me it is like winamp but i dont see it.

And add    what is noip ?

D-Link - how about some explanations?
Reluctant to install to find out.  In the past needed a reformat to get bit-torrent install off my hard disc.

No-IP is another dynamic DNS forwarding service, just like DynDNS.

Firefly is a media server: http://www.fireflymediaserver.org/

Maybe you guys should learn to use Google, it's pretty easy. ;)

Seems 1.08 is available in the "official" downloads. But for some reason, no announcement here.

I am from Singapore, and I don't see anything about 1.08 in the product details / support page there either.

http://dlink.com.sg/support/support_detail.asp?idProduct=147

I guess announcement will be made when the firmware is finally available on all the sites.

1.08 is available at the US site, so I'm not sure what the complaints are for.  Download it and install it, job done.  ???
