- What Hardware version is your model? Look at sticker under modem.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
How is the PF configured?
Disable uPnP for testing Port Forwarding rules.
You have to be actively using the ports on the LAN side before checking port status.

Hardware version :- 121477 D-link DSL 6850U
Firmware Version: BZ_1.00.09
PF config :- http://prntscr.com/4jz1g1 (http://prntscr.com/4jz1g1)
uPnP is disabled.

Are you actively using the port before checking the status?
Is SPI or Firewall features enabled? Try disabling them?
What application is using these ports?
-
Yes.
Tried no success.
I`m using HLDS for Counter Strike 1.6 Server.

You may need to contact the MFr of the Server program to make sure configured ports and numbers are correct.
Does this modem modem have Virtual Server feature or just PF only?
You should contact your regional D-Link support office and inquired about this as well.
