What if any interaction is there between "Enable IPv6 Simple Security" and the IPv6 firewall rules?  That is, does enabling both give the function of both, or if the firewall rules are enabled, does one have to have an explicit outbound allow rule to start with the base functionality, and then add such few inbound allow rules as one might desire?

With just simple security enabled, I'm getting odd results: I can ssh (port 22) to one of my system's IPv6 address from my phone with WiFi off (i.e. over cellular), but not to the others.  I don't see how that relates to my setup, and while I haven't done much with IPv6 before, I have used another D-Link router with IPv4 firewall rules, and had the expected results, so I don't think I'm doing anything really clueless.  I do have an IPv4 virtual server rule, but restricted to a (different) source, and redirecting to a (different) local machine.
