You guys need to work on your customer support. I was on hold for over 35 minutes and that was after being transferred from Comcast to one of your lines that said to call back to a different number. If you're not going to offer phone support don't day you are and have people on hold for indefinite amounts of time hoping that they will just hang up in frustration.
