What version iOS do you have?
To verify you are using the mydlink Lite app? or mydlink app?
-
I am using iOS 11.4 , MyDlink Lite version is v3.8.7 build 2499

Does this happened when on local or remote (or both)?
Do you get this error when you tap the camera from the list? Can you access the camera settings?
I will forward this to a tech. If you are in the US, contact tech support (1-877-453-5465).

This happens local or remote, this happens when I select from the available cameras. I cannot see the settings.

I forwarded this to the techs. There is a ticket already open regarding this issue with the mydlink team. This error indicates the app is having trouble reading the configuration of the camera so it fails. Try uninstalling, reboot, install the app and see if that helps. They said this helped a some users.
Definitely call tech support. Generally the engineers will need more information from the customer since this is not affecting most mydlink users globally.
