Link>Welcome! (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=48135.0)
- What Hardware version is your modem? Look at the sticker under modem.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the modems web page under status.
- What region are you located?
Something you might want to look into use DDNS services as they offer better support in blocking more specific applications and and IPs. D-Link has such a service as well.

Model Name DSL-2740U
Firmware Version ME_1.04
Serial Number RZVM1FC004852
Operational Status G992.5

Let us know if DDNS services can help you better with this.
Also recommend that you phone contact your regional D-Link support office and ask for help and information regarding this. We find that phone contact has better immediate results over using email.
Let us know how it goes please.

Unfortunately im in nowhere it doesn't seem that your regional D-link support office be here , can you help me here please ?

Can't block something that doesn't exist. agsa.arsacia.ir isn't a valid domain, and the IP 87.236.209.163 is not attached to it at all and there are no websites attached to it. Can you see a website when you go to that address? If you do, I wonder if it's malware.
http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools#wwwCohost|type=ipv4&&value=87.236.209.163 (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools#wwwCohost|type=ipv4&&value=87.236.209.163)

and how this game ip works perfectly in samp then ??? and that website is blocking your region ip , it doesn't let foreigners to play the game
let me say that is there any way to block a game ip like "87.236.209.163:7777" ?
-
I wasn't trying to connect to the website, I was trying to see if it exists. When I checked yesterday, the domain did not exsist in global DNS, now it does;
A arsacia.ir 103.216.60.24 60 min
Or see here (http://www.dnsstuff.com/tools#ispCacheLookup|type=domain&&value=arsacia.ir&&recordType=A) for DNS cache across world.
So you would want to block IP 103.261.60.24 of all traffic, not just 7777. Also, they change IPs a lot it seems, so you will have to update the IP often. This seems like a malware honeypot and not a game server. Where did you get the domain/IP from?

and how can i block a URL or this kinda IP when parent control gives me a "keyword" option that it doesn't work :|
-
Keyword blocking won't work very well with that website because it keeps changing it DNS. It probably does so to get around blocks just like your trying to set up. I don't think I will respond anymore to this thread but good luck.

Try one of these:
http://www.dlink.ir/contactUs (http://www.dlink.ir/contactUs)
Not exactly sure which on to use. I don't read your language. Ask them for help and information on where to go.
