Title: Timeout error in Windows 10 10586.107
Post by: nettewurk on February 20, 2016, 05:43:05 PM
Recently after upgrading both of my Lumia 630 and 950 XL to Windows 10.10585.107, all my connected devices are reporting Tunnel establishment timeout error with code 1_0_2_3_0_FFF error. I'm wondering that it was caused by the OS update. Hope that you could help me resolve this problem or probably version up needed for myDlink Lite compatibility problem. Thanks.

IF the app was working before the update, I presume the update maybe the cause.

Checked the topics here but didn't find any related complaints about the new Windows OS.  I wondered that this is an isolated problem of mine.  This problem does not occur in other platforms as I checked using Android Marshmallow/Lollipop and iOS 9.2.x devices.   Hope that D-Link would also update this version soon/regularly with the same features offered in myDlink Lite v3.6.x or later to keep this platform's app at par.

Maybe UWP would do great in order to use this app even using desktop PC.

D-Link keeps the app updated on occasion.

I agree with you but hope that the lag time would be shorten.  Not only this app but to have Access-NAS , Shareport and Baby Camera Monitor would also be available in Win10Mo.  Back to Lite, motion detected and network disconnection notification should be added in the next app version.

As for the tunneling establishment timeout error, a new SIP agent might be needed to course thru to the requested camera, router or NVR.

Hahaha, got the same comment around 2009 when I was then developing apps for Android Éclair 2.x before when Symbian rules and then iOS was picking up before.  History may repeat itself...
