Wireless Light Blinking
« on: January 29, 2011, 11:12:32 AM »

I have had a Dlink dir 615 for some time now and always had a few issues, but nothing a reboot of the router couldn't solve. This time the problem is persisting, though. The wireless signal keeps blinking and on my laptop it says No internet connection. I've rebooted the router, restored the router, rebooted the modem, and nothing seems to work.

Have you checked the ISP modem? What ISP service do you have? Cable or DSL? Make sure your ISP Modem is connected as well. Check the modems logs if you can. Direct connect to the modem with a pc to test.
Turn off the 615 router while your doing this.
Check the cables and make sure they are good too.
Have you done a factory reset of the router?
Can you access the routers web page with you connected to it?
