Do not use this firmware. The percentage setting from motion detection has been removed. Notification via email only sends texts, not pictures. Please, D-Link, how many times do I have to  be tester for new problems?

Was a factory reset performed before and after applying the new FW then set up from scratch? Features you mentioned still missing then?
Browser caches cleared after the FW update as well?
What Browser are you using to view these features?

Yes, I tried several times with or without factory reset. In my experience, factory reset is waste of time. I have to set up everything all over again but it never helped. If the firmware is supposed to work, it works by installing the same firmware about 3 times with multiple reboot.

Now, I realized that I am not even getting the text notification by email. This is definitely the firmware issue and I know for sure because recent 5029L firmware has the same problems. No email notification and no percentage setting for motion detection. Dlink asked me to go through multiple steps but they gave up. I notified D-link regarding this issue but they are in denial and still asks customers to go through unnecessary steps.

Do you have a Static IP address set on the cameras?
Is uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding both enabled on each camera?
What Mfr and model # is the main host router?

Before I answer more questions of yours, may I ask whether you work for D-Link and try to resolve issues or you just want to make sure that there are problems?

I appreciate you for trying. However, I do not think your questions are related to the problems. The camera was working fine with old firmware without those 2 issues and the problems occurred after firmware upgrade.  I receive test emails fine but motion detection notification via email stopped working.  I do not think that those two particular problems have nothing to do with IP or uPnP or router or browser.

You could roll back version and see if this fixes the issue.

Are you talking about going back to older firmware? Yes, I already did and those 2 problems are gone. I am back to 1.02.03.

Ok. I'll let D-Link know about this.

Thanks. Please let them know that 5029L has the same issue. It seems that they use similar firmware for both cameras.

I don't have any of those issues with 1.12. I can still adjust the motion detection.  Detection I did   A factory reset it installed the firmware reset camera again I haven't had those issues at all.

I did not say that I cannot adjust motion detection. I said that percentage setting has been removed. There is only sensitivity setting.

Are you also saying that you receive motion detection notification by email without any problem?
