Hi,
I've setup a bunch of cameras: DCS-8200LH + DCS5020-L + DCS-935L with the hub and can view correctly. Have the latest firmware on all etc.
My question:
Why won't the DCS-8200LH show up on the mydink lite app? All the others are. Which means I need to toggle between the mydink lite app and the mydink home app to view all cameras.
Also I can never see any image for this camera when accessing my account via the URL like I can for all the others.
Thanks,
Bluelotus

- What Hardware version is your DCS? Look at the sticker behind or under the camera.
- Link>What Firmware (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=47512.0) version is currently loaded? Found on the DCSs web page under status.
- What region are you located?
What Mfr and model is the main host router?
What version of the Lite app do you have loaded? There is a recent release for iPhone's.
I recommend setting a static IP address ON the cameras outside of the main host routers default DHCP IP address pool as a troubleshooting step: 192.168.#.82 DHCP (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=58017.0)
Test cameras with uPnP and uPnP Port Forwarding (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=37689.0) both enabled on ALL cameras: DCS Cloud (L) Series Camera Configuration and Mydlink.com (http://forums.dlink.com/index.php?topic=62395.0)
Is the 8200 viewable on the LAN side from the mydlink.com portal using a PC and web browser?
Is the 8200 viewable on the LAN side from the app?

The DCS-8200LH is for the mydlink Home app only. It was to be used with the Home Connect line of products and will not be supported by the mydlink Lite or the mydlink app.
