Title: problem with download

Hi
i bought a dir 865 on September
all is good but
when i start to download a file, it stopped after one minutes or less.
what is my problem?
i have this problem only on wifi ( 2.4 and 5)
i havent this problem with my old router(netgear)
i didnt changed any options in (192.168...)
can any one help me please? ??? ??? ??? :'(

i gott an other problem,
i can't connect to wireless ac (5 gh) now.
i have a macbook air 2013 and iphone 5
iphone 5 connects but macbook can't
mac books os is (x ver 10.9)
I can only connect to 2.4 gh that is 450n and low speed.
please help me with an easy answer
no difficult complicate solution.

I'll need you to answer some of the questions and check out the suggestions to see if any of them help you with the 5Ghz radio and this will help us get a better idea of your system.

I presume it's enabled and ON and configured?

Try turning OFF the 5Ghz WiFi security as a quick test to see if the apple devices connect.
I just updated to OSX 10.9 yesterday and haven't had a chance to test with my 865L yet.

Was the Apple devices working at any point?
