Title: 500 Server Error when updating camera
Post by: taymag on January 25, 2016, 09:53:30 AM
I am getting a 500 Server Error when updating camera (DCS-2330L).

I am upgrading from 1.00.04 to V1.12.00 if that helps

The reason I am updating is cause the camera goes offline at least once a day and I have to unplug it and plug it back in to start it back up. I am on 2.4ghz but I don't see why that would be a problem, the camera is only like 40 feet from the router (running wireless)

Are you manually updating FW or using the MDL service?

What wireless modes are you using on the main host router?
Any wifi neighbors near by on 2.4Ghz?

I was able to update. There are 2 different places the update is available and one worked and one didnt so you may want to have dlink figure that out. I will let you know the update tomorrow to see if it stays online. I posted something in the 202L forum if you could help also. Thanks!
